Abstract

Within the primary tumors of the chest wall, sarcomas are the most frequent malignant tumors and can be generated from the cartilage of the ribs, the intercostal muscles, the soft tissues and finally from the bones such as the ribs, the sternum, the shoulder blade or clavicle. Surgical resection of chest wall resections remains the primary treatment for isolated chest wall disease.
