ABNORMAL DILATION OF THE COMMON BILE DUCT SECONDARY TO A PERIAMPULLARY TUMOR
Abstract
Los tumores periampulares son raros y a menudo silenciosos, incluso en etapas avanzadas. Se presenta un caso de una mujer de 88 años con dilatación coledocal de 39 mm, neoplasia periampular y metástasis hepática, quien rechazó cirugía adicional y fue tratada paliativamente.
