Author Biography

Magdalena Cerdà Garriga, Universitat de les Illes Balears

European Doctor in History of Art. Since 2012 she has been a lecturer in the Department of Historical Sciences and Theory of Art at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). Her fields of research focus on Gothic sculpture and on the guild of carpenters and sculptors of the late Middle Ages. Her research has been published in scientific journals. She is currently participating in the research project "La casa medieval. Materiales para su estudio en Mallorca" (The medieval house: materials for its study in Majorca). She is also a member of the Research Group in Medieval Studies (GRESMED) of the UIB.
